Q: Can I Get samples?
A: As our product involved into many fields, some of them can provide free sample, some items should pay sample fee, but it could be refund when bulk order placed.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control.
A: Quality Management emphasis from R&D to production and inspection.
All products during R&D process, our engineers will consider about production operability.
During production process, all of them must go through three testing procedures as incoming inspection, on-line control, outgoing inspection and finished product testing.
 
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A:Normally 30% amount T/T in advance. Other payment terms negotiable depends on definite situation.
 
Q:Can we use our own logo and design ?
A: Yes, we accept and welcome customized order. For logo file must AI file.
